Our Founder’s Vision 

Purnima Soni’s journey began with a passion for food and a desire to make traditional 
recipes both nourishing and convenient. Starting with humble food articles, her knack for 
culinary experimentation led to the development of the now-famous Instant Poha—a 
steam-cooked, freeze-dried delight that captures the real taste and goodness of Indore’s 
beloved breakfast. As demand grew, so did Purnima’s vision, and Sindura Vacuum Freeze 
Dried Food Pvt. Ltd. was established to bring the unique flavors of Malwa and beyond to
